Our owner, Chad, began his career in the NBA with the Seattle SuperSonics and the Oklahoma City Thunder, where he helped build award-winning service cultures recognized for excellence. He later brought this expertise to several NFL stadiums, leading the development of high-performing guest experience operations nationwide. Through this work, Chad discovered that exceptional guest experiences begin with a strong internal culture. He is passionate about creating positive, productive workplaces where employees feel supported, aligned, and motivated to deliver their best. Today, Chad partners with organizations to strengthen their culture from the inside out—driving clearer alignment, elevated performance, and more meaningful experiences for both employees and guests/consumers.
